2012 Heartland Festival!
The Center for the Arts at UW-Platteville will commence a lobby renovation project on July 2, 2012 which runs until September 30. This means that the primary venues for Heartland Festival theater productions will be closed. Accordingly, the festival will be on hiatus this year and return for its 12th season in 2013.
Before the lobby project begins, the Missoula Children’s Theatre will be in residence at the Center for the Arts beginning June 11, 2012. The residency week culminates with performances of Cinderella on Friday, June 15 and Saturday, June 16. Registration for the MCT program began on Monday, March 26, 2012 and spots for children to participate are still available! The complete registration packet can be downloaded here.
Tickets for both MCT performances are now available from the University Box Office at (608) 342-1298 or (877) 727-1CFA (toll free). Tickets are also available through the Online Box Office at tickets.uwplatt.edu.
